Create your own event app
with AI
The Moment builder is an AI app creator. Paste your event's website, sign up, and it builds your event app while you sign in. Then you keep shaping it by asking. What you end up with is a native app in the App Store and Google Play — not a web page.
How it works
- Paste your event's websiteYour festival's site already holds most of what an app needs: the program, the performers, the venues, the dates. Moment's AI reads it, so you don't have to type it in again.
- Sign upWith Google, or with a link sent to your email. No password to invent. The build starts while you're signing in.
- Watch it buildIt takes roughly ten minutes. When it's done, your event is in the builder, ready to check, change and preview.

Keep changing it by asking
The first build is a starting point. After that, the builder's AI Mode lets you change your app by describing what you want, in plain words:
- "Make the background blue."
- "Add these artists" — and paste the list.
- "Call the stages Tents instead."
- "Move the Sunday workshops to the Garden Stage."
If you'd rather do it by hand, the same builder has an editor for everything: the about page, styles, menus, the map, the program data and settings. You can switch between asking and editing whenever you like.
What you get
Your event, in the Moment app, on the App Store and Google Play. Patrons download Moment, open your event, and have:
- Your program, searchable, with performers, venues and times.
- A highlight planner — patrons mark acts in three colours to build a schedule that means something to them.
- A map with your venues on it: a custom map image of your site, or a street map.
- Your colours, images and menus, in your own words — stages or tents, artists or speakers.
- A copy of the program kept on the phone, so it still works when the signal doesn't.
- A notification shortly before an act they've chosen starts.
You see a private preview before anything goes live, and a link to your event opens it straight in the app.
Why a native app, when AI can make a web app for free?
It's a fair question. General AI tools can build a good-looking event web app in an afternoon. The difference is what happens on the day: at a festival with patchy reception, on an iPhone that won't show a website's notifications, on a site map in the dark. What the AI does well, and what to check
The AI is only as good as what it's given. It reads what your website says, so:
- If your program isn't online yet, start without a website and add the program when it's ready — paste it into AI Mode, or import it.
- If your site is out of date, the app will be too. Check times and venues before you go live.
- If your site is mostly images or PDFs, expect to fill in more by hand or by asking.
Either way, nothing goes to patrons until you decide it's ready.
Common questions
Do I need to know how to build an app?
No. There's no code, no app store account and no developer to brief. Moment is already in the App Store and Google Play; your event goes into it.
What kinds of events does it suit?
